Chantelle Williams, Policy Attorney

Chantelle Williams serves as a Policy Attorney at the IIP where she oversees the organization’s initiatives, leads engagement with external partners, and writes policy papers focused on innovative approaches to prosecution.

Prior to joining the IIP, Chantelle was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, where she was a member of the Rikers Island Prosecution Bureau and handled felonies involving gang violence, narcotics, and sex crimes.

Chantelle received her B.A. from Hampton University and J.D. from William & Mary Law School.
