Born and raised in Chambersburg, PA, DA Fogal graduated from from Shippensburg University, and then earned a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He began his prosecutorial career in Franklin County as an Assistant District Attorney in 2002, was appointed Chief Deputy District Attorney in 2006, and in 2009, returned from consecutive military assignments to become District Attorney. Since 2009, DA Fogal has worked steadfastly to promote the Feed the Good Wolf spirit and improve justice in Franklin County. 

DA Fogal is a former dishwasher at Ponderdosa Steakhouse. He enjoys the Boston Celtics, Bruce Springsteen and meatballs.
