Tim Gruenke has been prosecutor for 25 years, and the elected District Attorney for 13 years. All in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. He has prosecuted all types of cases, but has specialized in sexual assault cases. He has been recognized as “Prosecutor of the Year” twice by the Wisconsin prosecutors and twice by the Wisconsin Association of Homicide Investigators. He was also awarded the “Voices of Courage Award” by the Wisconsin Coalition against Sexual Assault. He has trained law enforcement, prosecutors, and SANE nurses on a number of topics. His personal interests are woodworking, golf, and the Green Bay Packers, not necessarily in that order.
